Slight ankle discomfort, help!
Im having a little pain/discomfort from just underneath my ankle bone, usually when i land a bit awkward on the foot or twist it just a little bit, it seem to be ok when running but if i turn a sharp corner then i will feel it or running on grass. Not sure what it is, i thought it might been old trainers but i had new ones a month ago now and still the same, any ideas?
Google for 'peroneal tendon' and see if that matches your descriptionGood old RICE should be tried in the first instance and back off distance and/or mileage for a while
Ok thanks for that, thick ive hit the nail on its head there. This might be a stupid question but what do you mean by RICE? thanks for the reply
