I have recently got an ongoing injury that I can't quite work out what the problem may be, I thinking it may be ITBS but not 100% sure. It start off as a tight twinge on the outside of the knee resulting in a sudden shooting pain going up and down my leg. After the run for at least a couple of hours getting up from sitting down is really painful in the same place. No problems the next day unless I sit down for too long.
