Asthma Sufferers

A cure ?

This may be a co-incidence but my asthma which is normally a real nuisance to running has virtually disappeared.

For the last month I've been taking a supplement called co-enzyme Q10 as I'd read about on some website and it seems to have made a big improvement to my asthma. Maybe its just co-incidence but I've not used my ventolin inhaler for a month and normally I need to take it before running or it'll just be too laboured.

The bottle's nearly run out and the sale at Holland & BArret has finished so I probably won't be buying anymore so it'll be interesting to see whether it comes back.
