has anyone read any books on recovery from eating disorders? particulartly those which are about your relationship with food?
thinking of buying Beyond Chocolate: How to Stop Yo-yo Dieting and Lose Weight for Good (Paperback) by Boss and Boss
'On Eating' by Susie Orbach is a really good one. It's only small and she makes it all really simple. I've read tons of books on relationships with food etc and that's the one that I keep out all the time so it's ready to read when I'm struggling with my eating issues. It helps you realise the things that you forget when you're in that whole 'eating' and 'controlling ' world. It may not be useful to you, but I would say it's definitely worth reading
