Thanks EP & Benz for compliments on weight. I still want to lose a stone so hope you're not chucking me out the club.

Didn't feel very skinny at 9k - felt I had lead in the feet!

But to those who haven't read the other site I did manage new PB in my second race by completing the course in 43mins 41secs. (Knocked 2mins off last race!)

Chuffed or what!

15 weeks ago I started walk / jog for 20 mins and was knackered then.

Nice to meet some of you and sorry to shoot off - Family and I went to "Brown's" for a very reasonable lunch before heading home.

Where's the next one?

yo EP - hurrah for you - take it is easy this week pix - dont push those tired legs too much - upper body work this week maybe and gentle frecovery stuff!

Benz - speedwork ? dont push yourself so much you get injured - you have got all the time you need to improve - theres no hurry!

have been trying to do it last few weeks
Not correctly though, so im getting advice
Dont worry, i have an inbuilt protecting sensor when it comes to exercise
it doesnt work for sleep derpivation or mental stress though
