How Do I fix it?

Having run my 1st marathon just over a week ago, I embarked on a weeks skiing straight after (crazy I know, but I had no choice!)
I fell on my ankle and it's now quite tender!
Will rest and Ibuprofen work? Maybe a little cycling...?
Can anyone recommend any other advice?

Thanks in anticipation,

Gareth

Rest and ibuprofen is your best course of action, as only time will really heal a bruise. If it's not swollen, and it doesn't cause any pain, a bit of cycling shouldn't do much harm.

Don't fall off and hurt it again though!

Gareth,

Spooky - seems skiing & running don't mix. See my post on Aircast Ankle support

Also, Ibuprofen gel from Boots seems to help.

Jerry.
