Hi everyone,
This week has been a disaster for running. My knee is causing all sorts of problems and I am trying to rest it as much as possible.
It has started to feel better especially when I put on the "cold compress" (My God that gel pack is absolutely freezing - My leg went stiff around the knee and felt frozen.)
I don't know how long I should give it before training again - I so much want to run in Brighton. Does anyone have any views on whether I could maybe do 20 - 30 minutes tomorrow or is that too soon!
