Just wondering how everyone is?  Not sure if anyone from FFF comes on here now, as I haven't been on the fora for AGES!!!

Anyway, hope you are all well.

Hi guys!!

Gave birth to Oliver on the 11th july.  I am enjoying motherhood, and he is lovely (but I suppose I am a bit biased!)

How is everyone?

Glad to hear you are well, I haven't run for ages!  Well, did a brief 25 mins last week but that was about it!  Finding it a bit difficult to fit it in with feeding etc.  But I will be back (Paula Radcliffe shudders in her shoes....)
