woohoo! Bring on the bread and jam! I've never had to carboload before - I feel like a real runner wot does races!

Just wish I'd picked something a bit simpler for my first one.

flr you'll be more than fine!
I promise that I will jog back to find you if I finish ahead of you - how about that!
My half PB is 2hrs 59.24 but Glenn says I am doing a sub 5hr FLM so I need to get faster!!
Have to say that after last nights club run my legs are surprisingly OK (that's OK as in they work not OK as in they don't ache!)
Our club chairman owns derby runner and has got a Timex GPS to go with my HRM for me - 2nd hand but only used 4-5 times and £110 cheaper than a new one! Really excited at getting one as I didnt think I could aford one!

flr, I'm with you this morning - hacky phlegmy painy throat.

Dirty sod!

morning!

So it was worth getting the timex in the end then Pix...! Glad to hear that your club running is going so well.

Me? Well I feel awful, like I am really fighting a cold... I have a feeling it is due to the new drug I am trying to sort out my breathing, but will give it a couple more days before decding for certain...

Jj - you will be fine... just remeber that it isn't a race but just a load of fun in the mud!
