I've recently hurt my wrist, by leaning on it whilst asleep for a long period of time. I'm unsure whether I should see a chiropractor or an osteopath, as although I have googled them I am still unclear what they both do.
The pain in my wrist is a sharp pain when I bend the palm of my hand towards the wrist. I've felt the joint and one of the bones feels a bit strange, but then again it may just be muscular. Although I went to A & E the other day as two of the fingers on the hand started tingling, they said it was nothing to worry about, but given the pain I'm getting I want a second opinion.
Does anyone know which I should go to?
