Clicky Hip?

Hi all

I was just wondering if anybody knows anything about this.  I have been running for a couple of months and over the last couple of week I have noticed my hips sort of clicks when I walk (no I am not pregnant).  It is not causing any discomfort but I know it is there.  If that makes sense.
