BMI has to be taken lightly wheny you are a sporting type because yo'll carry mor muscle and BMI ignores this

Unaccustomed as I am to late night posting - - I just had to pop by and say hi to you all.Will - your cuffs were stupendous and flamboyount, and it was lovely to meet you Iain albeit briefly. These socials are a larf...and a must after a long week.You must do it benz. Hope to stay the distance next time (note to self..leave laptop at work) BTW scared myself by realising that training for the GNR should have started today!!!! BMI - we don't even go there...

i darent measure my body fat, i guess its really high

My physio said "I am well muscled!", my reply "How feminine but I can't blame all my weight problems on this!". She did say it would help joint problems though, great.
