hopefully this thread will have more life by the time I get home so I will leave some questions for you to answer!
1) having done the following this week should body be happy to run 3+ times next week:
Monday 3m run
Tuesday swim
wednesday swim + 20mins tready
thursday swim
today rest
Have also walked to/from course every day and about town so a good 90mins walking
2) when I get really tired in the afternoon (big problem this week!) or any time really, instint points to food but I know this is bad! Any good pick me ups without resorting to food or excessive caffeine??
