Flicking Sensation

Hi All

I am getting a weird flicking sensation in my hip when I run and when I just generally walk around. I cycled 100miles last weekend and have been running a few times this week so am slightly worried that I have pushed my training a little too hard this week

Any ideas what the flicking could be?
