i started running beginning of jan , i did a 60 min run, was comftable, but then later at home i had a pain under my right foot on the edge of the inner arch, i can walk on it, but it feels like it pulls and knots in my calf.
maybe i did too much too soon? although i could comfortably run ofr that long when i was doing it , i have rested it for 2 days - very snowy out anyway - should i wait until completely feeling normal before joging on it?
