I have just got a new pair of trainers - same ones I always wear
Just come back from 8 miles and got an excrutiating pain on the bottom of my left foot from the base of the little toe going back two / three inches - the pain was really bad for 2/3 mins then wore off but I couldnt even put my foot to the ground. Any ideas, no pain when running only when I stop - its only come on since I have had the new trainers
Next time I will go for a Video Gait Analysis at Advanced Performance - had one there years ago and it was brilliant
Any ideas ?
