I am currently training for my first marathon and have recently been running 1/2's. I occasionally get a pain that is under the arch of my right foot only. It is not a searing pain and doesn't seem to affect my running too much, however I am worried it could become worse. If I press under my right foot arch it can be quite painful. Has anyone any ideas?
