I have the same problem, pain in the middle of the top of my right foot spreading towards the ankle. Particularly worse after hill runs. Very fustrating as my fitness is good but this is really holding me back. Been given advice to
Rest
Ice
Compress
Elevate
and while it's helping it's not solving the problem, it always comes back. Not to much of a problem when actually running, tends to kick in when I stop.
Can anyone help??
