this is puzzling me..........
the hear is quoted as performance enhancing by a friend of mine, but when i read the litera#ture on the bottle, it says some worrying things.like, "don't take for prolonged periods"
"don't mix with caffiene"
"after a month taking ginseng, take two months without it"
"can be used by anyone wishing to see immediate results especially athletes."
i would be greatly appreciative if any of the medically minded people(by profession or otherwise) could offer explainations to the statements above, just to set my mind straight.
