had a torn gracilis for months and still not fixed.
started thinking i had ITBS in the knee, but realiosed it was just the left thigh that hadn't healed.
to cut this waffle down, can you cycle ona stationary bike witha groin strain type injury?

Not sure Steve. Have you had it checked out by sports physio? If not, then do so asap otherwise you could be delaying recovery. Cycling might aggravate it too, you could try a gentle cycle to start with. I Hope you get it sorted soon.
