Hi - I have just started increasing my mileage as am in training for first marathon. I have developed a pain in my left hip, on hip bone where sticks out.
Haven't been to see anyone as not too bad at moment, but would like to nip it in the bud really - having an easy week this week, and am going to slow down my longer runs for a while...
Anyone any suggestions for some simple stretches and gym work that would stop this deterioating - any help would be very useful.
pain is actually a lot better - didn't run yesterday, just a bit of easy cycling and some weights - soooo want to run today though but may have another day off....
