hi all i have been building up my runs over the last 2 years and have over come Meany little problems. i now run 5 miles day on day off i have a good stretch before and after my runs also i train on my gluts every day as had a weak but and it was causing all-sorts probs. the only prob I'm getting now is a dull ache on one hip towards the front of one leg all the time and would appreciate any advice.
Does the dull ache come on intermittently? If it does its more likely to be muscular, a good deep tissue massage and mobilising of the hips should help.
If it's constant, it could be more serious and you should consult a sports physio.
thanks for that advice its constant so i am off to see the physio. thanks again
