This might sound weird, but I have really hot ankles!
I've been running every other day about 5k and my legs and ankles feel normal, ie. I don't feel like I've got an injury... but the front of my ankles feel really really warm (not to touch), do you think this could be the start of an injury? Should I rest? Any ideas welcome?
You've got lovely thighs too!
