Anyone else can't sleep without a hot water bottle to ease their sore muscles ....but can't sleep with one 'cos it's too hot?

SS - I'm a natural overheater so the thought of a hot water bottle in this weather doesn't bear thinking about.

I rarely get to the stage where I absolutely need one to soothe the muscles - but it does help.

Not in this weather though!
