Folks I'm loosing alot of sodium from my body and it is also affecting my performance
from your tits?
How do you know you're losing sodium?
Karen - you are losing - not loosing - sodium. I take it that is because you are sweating when you run. As cougie says just increase your intake of salt and you should be fine.
Please give more information, have you had your blood levels of sodium measured and found to be low? - If so, hyponatraemia has a number of causes- not all related to loss of sodium.
What investigations have been performed so far?
If you simply mean that your sweat is salty- tasting- that's normal.
It can't be from your brain, since you don't have one.
I shall guess.......from your asshole? You installed a desalination plant in your colon and it's working flat out?
My boat race!
An entire thread just to let us know your face is sweating.
Thanks for that.
