I am a deferred VLM from 2012 with a tibial stress fracture.I have a vey bad bunion on my foot which didnt help !
All my training has gone well so far and i have taken it all very slowly! no problems with my leg attall but a few weeks ago i started getting pain in the ball of my foot.I have tried cushioning the area and it did seem to ease the discomfort to start with but now im getting a burning shooting pain after a go past 6/7 miles and its really worrying me .I am 2 weeks away fromthe start line and simply MUST be there this time. Can i get an injection to cover me for the race ??????? Any advice please.I am otherwise all ready and fit to go .
