I suspect the 2.5 refers to a ferritin level-a measure of iron stores
if you dont get on with the ferrous sulphate, there are other supplements you can take
with the best diet in the world, we laydeez can lose too much blood for diet to keep up our iron levels

duk - maybe running biking and walking with a stinking cold (and being a bit run down ) isnt the best way to feel better - best to rest up on those days i think
yeah, your probably right. Maybe I'll just have to find some hot chocolate and snuggle up with a creepy movie, although I'be been watching that 'Most haunted' all week on living with Yvette fielding.
