Since moving my back has been really grotty, so I've find myself a new osteopath, just along the road. After years of comments (from physios, osteos, chiros, orthopods) that my problem is disc degeneration and a trapped sciatic nerve, she tells me that I have inflamed sacro-iliac joints. Perhaps, at last, we can get somewhere!
