Does anyone know about this program?
Not seen it before but it looks interesting. I have some biomechanical problems, and could do with some specific exercises to strengthen the right muscles - but I'm not sure doing it from a book/video would be the best way. Even following instructions closely, I'd be worried about not getting the right form and ending up making things worse.
You can't beat someone who knows what they are doing actually watching and correcting as you go along, IMO. Might be an interesting read though.
