Tightness behind knee
If I try to stretch my quadriceps by bending my leg the back of my knee tightens up so that I have difficulty in straigtening my leg.It is as if it goes into a slight spasm. The same applies if I am sat down for sometime.
I recently had a long car journey at the problem started soon after that. I am still able to run proveded I don't
try and stretch beforehand.
Has anyone any ideas wht the problem may be.I
