Advice please..... Ran a 10k race yesterday and just after the 7k mark I felt excruciating pain in my knee. I had to walk/run the rest ( and still got a PB!). Did the RICE treatment yesterday. I can walk normally but get twinges of pain. I have no pain when I rest it or drive and am wearing a compression knee support. How soon can I run again?!! Desperate to get back to my club! Thanks
