when picking up the pace/distance
I have just started to gradually increase the distance I run, as I am training for the Great North Run next month. I have started to get a twinge in my right knee, which feels a bit like the trapping of a nerve. It happens a when I try and pick up the pace a little. Would a knee support help this or should I see a physio?
