The ubiquitous runners problem - knee issues.
I've had medial knee aches, pains, and joint grinding for nearly a year now, and can train normally if I take anti-inflammatories. I'm adjusting my running form which also seems to be helping but would like to be medication free in the near future. Anyone else out there got back into running when their knees initially said, "Nah?"
