Im having a problem with pains in the tops of my legs. Ive been running for the last 9 months, maybe 3 times a week and up to 5 miles. The pains start at the top of my inner thigh and also my glutes. The strange thing is these pains move from one leg to the other but not enough to stop me running. Ive tried all different stretches, before and after running. Ive had my shoes looked at and they are the correct ones for me. Don't know what to try next apart from professional help.
Any advice or help would be appreciated,
