legs havie been aching for a week!!

what am i doing wrong

I last ran a week ago but my calf muscles having been aching since then! I am a regular runner about 12 - 15 miles a week ( so not loads!) and can run 10k under 60 mins. I have had this before last year and it lasted over two weeks, very annoying!

Is there any tips you can give me?
