having run for years about 25 to 30 miles a week, i started to get pain in my lower right leg about 3 to 4 inches below the knee on the inside of my leg. when doing 1 legged squats a sharp pain occurs only whe i put my oppositte leg down on the ground.
have seen a physio and been given lots of stretches to do.
running is painful unless i take at least aweek off between runs and even then it is not great.
has anybody had anything similar because this is starting to get me down.
