That's interesting by 'eck, I didn't know that. I#m going to think about how much of the reccomendations is essential but tbh it's tough knowing what will tip me over the edge until I try it

Oh bear I'm so, so sorry. Hope you can figure something out. I guess if there aren't enough adjustments and it doesn't work you can return to your boss and tell them you need the adjustment or you will have to go off sick again. It won't be like last time darling both you and your doc will react much, much faster if you are in trouble

You're right SOLB that's what I'm trying to tell myself - I'll stop before it gets as bad as before so I may as well give it a crack. It also has the benefit that at the moment I've built up a period of not working that if it goes too high will give me problems whereas this would reset it to zero again. THat could be significant in the longer term.

I've written and deleted a post squillions of times today. I have a (routine) appointment tomorrow that I am really freaking out about. I can't really discuss it without revealing too much for a public forum but if you have any spare positive vibes going 10.30 tomorrow would be a good time to throw them this way

I went for a run tonight to see if I did need to cancel ABO. At the moment it still feels ok. I managed 5.5 miles
