Hi all

I'm frustrated today. Nothing's working things keep breaking and I'm feeling harrassed by calls from a company that know they are supposed to text or email not ring.

On the plus side I've been asleep for half of today and I had some massive cuddles from SOLBsismini and SOLBsisminimini

I've been thinking about all of you loads today

I'm still so sleepy slobsolb ... my new thermal cycling top has arrived though so that might coax me out on the bike for a few miles. I might do a little jaunt over the big scary road and down through the very pretty villages that follow the river through the valley ... or I might cycle 1/2 a mile to the shop and buy sweets

Good luck with it bear. Mr by 'eck had an arthroscopy a month or so ago. Just make sure the staff know what tablets you are on as fasting messed with how they worked for my OH and mum.

Yup, just explain that it might make you a bit funny cos you have the drugs in your system but nothing's helping to absorb it, if that makes sense. Also, Mr by 'eck was allowed to drink 4 cups of coffee and that made him super hyper and they weren't sure what was happening. I know it is even more critical if you are on meds like lithium ( as I discovered when my mum had an op).
