I can hear all the trick or treaters screaming at each other, creepy neighbour on the doorstep, rain hammering down and weirdly church bells ringing. It's all making me feel really unsafe. Feels like all these unseen demons are circling

SOLB, tonight is All Hallow's Eve which is a super holy day in the Christian calendar.

Everything seems so much more scary and loud because your spidey senses go into hyperdrive when you are worried or scared.

Thought for the day, I think I need a goal to help me stay motivated. I may look at training plans and see if there's a half 13ish weeks away *ponders*
