Yup, upper bodyweight stuff, core training and coming up with a new route/target

I can't get to the gym but I can use some weights at home I  guess

Yup, has the fizz given you lots of exercises?

Today I am feeling a little isolated cos my phone has no signal and I couldn't go out cos both moo and I are poorly

Oh Frodo sorry your trip was tricky but it's brilliant you managed to push through. Perhaps you could pop a new specialist cheese grater on your Christmas list

Good idea re the upper body stuff, you are doing brilliantly bear, as Frodo says it's only a temporary interuption to your new routine. So glad it's working to make you feel more stable. It's brilliant to have a plan even if you need to wait a little while before you can implement it.

oh poor by eck, feeling isolated must have been horrible today. Hope you both feel better tomorrow x

Afternoon peeps

Hope going back to work went ok Frodo

I wouldn't say it's a roaring success - I'm pretty much hiding in my office, trying to get on with stuff and generally avoiding everyone. There are a few people who know what's happened, but their kindness just makes me cry. I'm just counting down the hours and hoping that this will get easier over the week.
Anyway, enough with the self pity, how is the poorly knee?

Sorry to hear that hun ((( Frodo )))

Knee is much the same, might try a short walk later

I hope the sun is shining for your walk

Thanks Frodo

Today rates as pretty carp on the Michael fish scale
05/11/2012 at 17:44

You ok by 'eck?

05/11/2012 at 17:50
Just having moo problems and his sister had a beetle day and I'm poorly, Mr by 'eck is gone for at least 12 hours on a week day and my parents are still on holiday which means I'm responsible for their animals and my grandfather.

Sounds hectic, hang in there

05/11/2012 at 17:57
*hands very large cup of tea to By Eck. With a sneaky square of Lindt*

Thanks guys.
Anyone heard from Solb today. I'm guessing today was her therapy day
05/11/2012 at 18:07
She sent me a lovely message through FB, earlier
05/11/2012 at 18:07

I think it is, haven't heard from her though. I know she was tired yesterday so maybe therapy has left her pooped.

I've been for a short walk

05/11/2012 at 18:12
Fab news bear.
Glad she contacted you Frodo. I sometimes hear from her on fb too.

Any more of that tea and Lindt going Frodo? *looks hopeful*
