I wanted a place where we could get advice and support.

Here bear. I'll help. I do mine over the bannisters cos the weight of the duvet hhelps shake it into the cover.
The ducks had a wonderful time and we did too. Tomorrow we might go to the big pond to feed the ducks and swans there. It is one of the things I find hardest about being a stay at home mummy.

Mrs Moo and me ... I want to keep her now!!!

I'd struggle to think of things to do by eck, I have SOLBsisminimini next Tuesday and I can't decide what we should do for our adventure. I was thinking maybe a farm with a petting zoo bit. I want to do something fun while I'm baby sitting.

Thanks BE, all sorted

Can't seem to get started today

13/11/2012 at 17:54

Maybe you needed to take it easy today Bear. If you really can't get started despite your very best efforts you might just need the rest. I think taking it easy for one day is sometimes a good idea, just not every day.

oooh SOLB sorry I missed that, did you make Mrs Moo?

Petting zoo sounds fun

Awww, that is super Solb. I love him!
Could you collect leaves with minimini and make them into a picture? Or go to the library and share some stories together
13/11/2012 at 18:05

I keep cross posting with you SOLB

I have too many days like this, that's the thing (nearly put thong there), psych wants me to have a full medical review

13/11/2012 at 18:08

I love the library but I like to do that with mini too at the weekend cos she LOVES stories. I could do it Tuesday and at the weekend though, we need to feed the ducks too. Minimini loves birds (her favourites are Chickens though!)

No Bear, I'm no where near that talented, clever Divine Sossidge made Mrs Moo, she is for minimini for Christmas but I don't think she'd like being stuffed in the bottom of a cupboard so I'd better look after her until then!! *squeezes Mrs Moo even tighter*

Hmm hope the medical throws up some answers. Anything we can do to help? Is it useful to share your plans and get gently nagged, or to have a cheerleader or two for when you've managed to tick something of your list? It's really hard trying to cope with everything, you're doing really well

13/11/2012 at 18:13

Yay just chased up my new drugs, good job I did too. The prescription should be ready to pick up tomorrow

Oooo I think I might try that - could you lot nag/cheerlead? Maybe I could pick tasks for each day?

Tbh I think part of the issue is that in most cases it doesn't actually matter if they're not done.  I wish I had some minis to play with as that would be something I couldn't just not do. The psych keeps are going to send me details of some volunteer thing locally, maybe that'll help.

Okay - tonight's task is to sort out my pills and to look through the DLA thingymajig that arrived by post

13/11/2012 at 18:22

I'm always happy to nag and cheerlead honey

Sure the voluntary thing will help once it's sorted out, those sorts of things always seem to take ages - are you allowed to self refer or is there a way you could chase it up?

13/11/2012 at 18:33

Right that's pills sorted to get your pom poms out (oo-er!)

That's something I've been putting off but took all of ten minutes!

I'm not sure if I can self-refer - I imagine I've already been referred so it might not speed things up.

I have a busy Friday organised helping out some friends who are doing a chairty thing on the tubes

yay that all sounds really positive bear, brilliant

13/11/2012 at 18:47

I think volunteer work would be good - I'd like to be back at work but I think I'd just flump in a heap. It's odd seeing life going on and sort of watching from the outside

13/11/2012 at 18:54

It won't be forever little bear, it is a horrible feeling though. I hate feeling like I'm just drifting

13/11/2012 at 18:57

Thanks lovely

The support from you peeps really helps

Naughty SOLB

I'm not convinced I'd qualify for DLA, not sure what they were on about.  I'll call them up tomorrow.  So that's my other thing ticked off
