Still a bit rubbish, I'm having a lazy weekend doing what ocd wants and not running or gymming then starting again on Monday. I feel a bit burnt out

In answer to your question last night, By Eck - I would say he notices stuff, without prompting, about 60-70% of the time. Which is a pretty good rate, IMO

Can we declare the remainder of the weekend a sofa party, please?
