Strictly time

*curls up next to Frodo and falls asleep*

Hi Solb, are you that tired?
17/11/2012 at 19:07

I am actually, I just feel shattered ....though strictly does warrant a snooze in it's own right!!

17/11/2012 at 19:12
Yup, and a mug of tea or hot chocolate
17/11/2012 at 19:18
I've already been asleep for two hours this afternoon

*puts favourite cosy blanket over SOLB and sends Benny Bear to stand guard*

Oh I'd love Benny Bear to stand guard. I'm still really struggling with nightmares

Do you want Timmy to snuggle down at you feet or the crook of your knees? He is very good with nightmares
17/11/2012 at 19:35
Frodo, ur body obviously needs it
17/11/2012 at 19:35
would kinda like the nightmares to feck off now, has been 3 weeks now .... but if that's not an option then the more cuddles the better
17/11/2012 at 19:36
I'm sorry, I don't think my Bear is a very good guard dog - he'll end up asleep with you. But he'll keep you warm
17/11/2012 at 19:37
And he's working on the cuddle thing

I have a cat curled up asleep on,my lap. He is purring so loudly I had to turn up strictly.
Solb, nightmares can be really tiring. But it really is the sign that your brain is processing stuff rather than just hiding it away.

That's what Vicky said by eck, she thinks its a good thing ... I just want them to stop now, though I'm sure I'll be glad once its over
17/11/2012 at 19:46
Do you try to stop the nightmares or allow them to run their course?
17/11/2012 at 19:48
It's hard when the time you are meant to be resting and recharging is exhausting, though ((hug)) x
17/11/2012 at 19:51
It is! It is harder when you are meant to be resting and life doesn't let you.

I can't wake from these ones, they run til about 4 then I wake up and try to stay awake.
Hopefully you can have a rest after Miss By Eck's birthday is done

I used to be plagued dreadfully. I mean to the point j refused to go to sleep. Then someone suggested trying to trigger and control the direction they take rather than stopping them and then not daring to sleep
