Off to bed in a sec - got a rather odd work CBT thing tomorrow, don't quite get the point but they spoke as if I might be able to keep it going after I left. I don't want to turn down anything that might help so I'll trundle along and hope it isn't a waste of time

I was asleep. Then moo needed cuddles. So I'm not asleep anymore but he is now. I hope he sleeps.
I will run if I get the opportunity.
CBT Has worked wonders for me and Mr by eck. Anything you can glean from it willbe helpful. Yell if you need clarification.

Shattered. Too many night-time cuddles with moo. My mum is watching him this morning so I can sleep. I bet Eric gives good cuddles.

Plan for today is to empty dishwasher, sleep, and ensure people get fed. I have low expectations,I know.

They did. And I think Alice was the right person to leave. I was shocked, tho, at how little these kids knew about history and how to deal with people.
