I wanted a place where we could get advice and support.

7 miles round Richmond Park for me.  And a short swimble after.

Now just SOLB to report in.

Close shaves with cars don't sound too good.

Mick - I will give you a shout next time, but my running is getting slower and slower. My HM pb 3 years back 2:26 and my last one was 2:54! But I don't care about times any more, I just count myself lucky to be out there plodding and I know how much good it does me. Its still an effort to get out though so a push from you lot will always be appreciated.

Nah, soupy. Mr by eck is a Southerner and scared of anywhere north of the m4 so we live in Hampshire.

Sorry I went AWOL, had an asthma attack after attempting a run yesterday have got an appointment booked with the doc next Monday though and I've turned the heating up a bit which should help with the damp and mould.

Really weird horrible session with Vicky, am all a bit upside down and freaked out. Vicky asked me to do something which accidentally tripped a blank off

Oh and she recommended this book 8 Keys to Safe Trauma Recovery she said it's really brilliant and read out a passage. She wants me to work on those principles once I've discharged myself. Has anyone else come across it?

That was my last session  though I'll see her again next week as I'm having a meeting with her and Sally - Vicky let slip that Sally isn't allowed to do any more OCD work with me anyway because of the issue with catchment areas so I'll have to keep doing that bit on my own.
