Most original injury - Health + Injury

Those of us who hang around the Health and Injury forum a lot gradually start to see recurring themes. Achilles, ITB, hip and knee problems, blisters and so on.

I think RW should start to recognise genuinely attention-grabbing injury threads with a monthly award for originality.

For what it's worth my current nomination is for Bleeding Toes from London Here I Come but let's see some other suggestions.

Interesting point CC. Should it be running injuries only, or any injury that then stops you running?

In passing: how the hell can you pull a hamstring playing darts? Skittles I can just about see.

Your eye injury was one of the great ones from the past XFR. Got all of our sympathy, because we've all nearly done it, but still amusing in a shameful kind of way.

Which particular raptorite btw?

I'd forgotten the eye one! I sincerely hope not many of you have done it, or not as severely, it caused several days off wuk, a hell of a lot of pain, and several re-occurences which laid to subsequent pain and time off wuk. I still have to use lubricating gel on a regular basis.

Knackered my back whilst giving arse one last wipe. Doubled up in pain, had to see the osteopath, 8 weeks to recover. Still do not understand how it happened. Funny now, not when limping out of the gents in Tesco.
