i went paintballing two days back and have had a lot of muscle sorness after it, i think from doing a lot of spriniting all over the place on un even ground and not warming up either, got a big race on monday been training for a while for it, any suggestions how to get rid of it quickly so i can go for my pb in this race? cheers.
It will go by then anyway. You can't speed it up. It's nature's way of making you stronger.
