Since I ran GNR I have had a pain on the top of my left foot on the outside edge. This has now caused tightness all the way up my leg into my butt! I had a massage last week but that hasn't helped, as soon as I started running again the tightness returned. (And it was a good thorough massage).
Has anyone had a similar injury? Any advice would be welcome, I've just waved OH off to Scarborough 10mile race and I'm feeling pretty fed up :(
