Hi
I have what appears to feel like a very bruised outer edge of left foot. Its fine until I run downhill and then after that I am hobbling. Did a race yesterday with a steep downhill at 8 miles and was in agony for the last 2 miles and still hobbling today. It does not look bruised but is so painful.
Any ideas guys, never had any trouble with this part of the foot before, shoes are all newish and worn in with no change to model. The only thing I have done differently is a spinning class twice a week for the last 3 weeks.
