I've had a pain under the toe, next to my little toe, for about 9 mths. I've got wide shoes and try painkillers. When the pain is bad I get a tingling in my toe. I think it is Morton's Neuroma and I might need surgery. Has anyone had this / got any suggestions on what I can do ?

Yep, been suffering it for years. The 'book' answer on curing this is surgery, but I've managed to deal with the condition by flattening a cotton wool ball and taping it under the offending toe, works a treat and I can even run marathons with it. But I would advise getting a medical opinion on your condition.
